Featured Staged Listing: December 2017
Our Featured Staged Listing for the month of December is a stunning custom home with old world appeal. The exquisite design begins right at the double front doors which feature beautiful wrought iron details. Stone and wood floors, arches, crown molding, and three fireplaces are some of the other incredible elements that make up this unique home.
One of our favorite features is in the family room in the form of black built-in cabinets and shelving with an antiqued finish. They bring so much character to the space and create an eye-catching focal point that was inspiring to stage. The room is open to the gorgeous kitchen and dining room, as well, making it the perfect spot for family gatherings and entertaining, and wood beams add extra charm to the ceiling. There is even a fantastic wine “cellar” off the dining room with more wrought ironwork.
