MHM Gives Back with the House of Hugs

MHM Professional Staging, LLC was recently given the unique opportunity to be a part of a special project led by Silliman Homes CitySide, a leading luxury home builder in Central Florida. The project, a four-bedroom, 2,594 square foot home in Orlando, FL was built to benefit the Florida Hospital for Children. The hospital will receive all of the proceeds from the sale.

Megan Morris and the MHM team donated a portion of our work to the project, as well as a fully decorated outdoor space that you can see below in the tour of the home. We had the pleasure of staging this special property that we are excited will be able to make a difference in so many lives. One of the most important things to us is giving back to the community whenever we can. As decorators and home stagers, we have been given many special opportunities to do just that, including working with Habitat for Humanity and a host of other charitable organizations. We couldn’t be more excited to have been invited to be a part of the House of Hugs project.

The home, located at 1118 Ayrshire St., is absolutely beautiful. The exterior is charming with traditional white siding and a red front door, while the interior has all the elegant, contemporary features buyers look for in homes today. It has a spacious open layout that makes it perfect for families and entertaining. Wood floors, an oversized island, and lovely built-ins are just a few of the many amazing features found throughout the home.

Below, you’ll find a tour of the property featuring home staging by MHM. If you’re interested in touring the home in person, please contact the realtor Anne Rogers, whose information can be found at the end of this post along with the builder’s, Sillman Homes.
