Featured Staged Listing: November 2017
Our Featured Staged Listing for November is a gorgeous home in Windermere with an open floor plan and an abundance of natural light. There are a lot of eye-catching architectural features, such as pillars, crown molding, a fireplace, and built-in shelving in the family room.
What captivated us most was the dark, rich hardwood floors that flow throughout most of the home. We chose a soft gray for the walls that created a stunning contrast with the floors. Similarly, we went with light-colored contemporary furniture and soft blue as the accent color to really bring out the beauty of the floors, as well as the equally beautiful wood grain on the cabinets in the gourmet kitchen.
In the master suite, we brought in a touch of glamour with a faux fur throw and luxurious bedding to suit the tranquil feeling of the space. The master bathroom even features a freestanding tub and a glass shower that makes it feel like a high-end spa.
