I want to thank you for the excellent staging service that you provided to me. I recently sold my residence in Isleworth, and I believe that the staging had a positive influence on both the selling price and the time it took to sell my house.

I put my home up for sale during an unprecedented downturn in the real estate market, in which buyers were scarce and prices were declining. After unsuccessfully trying to sell my house un-staged for several months, I believe I made the right choice in calling your company and choosing the Platinum Package.

Everyone in your company, including Megan and your assistants, other member of your designers, and movers, were all professional and courteous in carrying out the job. I am still amazed that it took less than two weeks from the time I signed the staging contract to the time when all the spectacular furniture was in place. After the staging was completed, your company went above and beyond your contractual responsibilities by helping me organize open houses and cocktail parties to bring more exposure to the house.

The purchaser who bought my house was specifically looking for a furnished house, and this is something I would not have been able to offer if I had not staged the house. In a market saturated with homes for sale, I do not know when the next buyer would have come if I would have lost out on this one. I therefore feel fortunate to have staged my home at the right time and with the right company.

The elegant presentation was definitely a favorite for many attending the Festival and we know the winner was delighted with your beautiful donation. The Orlando Museum of Art is one of Central Florida's vital cultural institutions and the women of 101 have committed time and talent for over forty years in support of the museum's goals. Hand in hand with area businesses, sponsors and community: volunteers, the Council has continued to create and expand projects such as the Festival of Trees, Antiques Show & Sale and the Corporate Lease Program to further the cultural development and appreciation of the visual arts in our community. These events also provide significantfinanclal resources for the Museum.
