Can you identify any negatives that make the home less appealing?

Whether it is beautiful flowering plants, a stately old tree, or stunning windows in the front of your home, do your best to identify and highlight the “best” parts of your home. Keep the windows sparkling clean. Keep the tree well trimmed. Ensure that your flowering plants are plainly visible.
- Clean up any trouble spots. Unfortunately, it doesn’t take much to ruin a first impression.
