Take Indentations Out of Carpet
Over time, heavy furniture can create unattractive indentations in the carpet where the legs have been pressing down for months or years. To return the carpet back to its original state, place ice cubes on the dents and leave them there for 3-6 hours. Afterward, use a sponge to soak up the excess water and fluff the fibers with a spoon.
Freshen Up Your Garbage Disposal
If your garbage disposal has an unpleasant odor even after you’ve cleaned it, throw in a couple of lemon wedges and run cold water through it while you run the disposal. This will leave a clean, fresh scent in your sink.
Get Rid of Stripped Screws
